"notes": "Chapter 262. RSA 362-A:1-a, IV-a defines a 'plug-in solar generation system' as a movable photovoltaic system intended to EXCLUSIVELY offset a portion of onsite consumption, connected through a receptacle or other non-permanent wiring connection. RSA 362-A:10, IV: one system per metered customer with a MAXIMUM INVERTER OUTPUT of 1,200 watts AC. The utility may not require approval, an interconnection review or agreement, a fee, or extra equipment - but 362-A:10, II lets it develop a method for the customer to report the system's wattage AFTER installation, for notification purposes only. 362-A:10, V requires the Department of Energy to publish notice that connecting an unlisted system, or one installed contrary to the state building code or manufacturer instructions, MAY AFFECT HOMEOWNERS OR RENTERS INSURANCE COVERAGE. No HOA, covenant, condominium, landlord or tenant provision appears anywhere in the act.",
